Top 3 star hotel with over 70 rooms in Hertfordshire requires a Sous Chef with previous hotel experience. You will be overseeing a team of 7 including Chef de Partie`s and Kitchen Porter`s. The 80-cover restaurant provides fine food and great wines where focus and attention to detail are essential. The busy hotel is also a very popular wedding and functions venue so catering for conferences & banqueting for up to 400 is also required, therefore high volume experience would be advantageous. They are working hard to achieve their first AA rosette so are looking for a leader with high standards and plenty of Sous Chef experience who can motivate the team and strive for culinary excellence.
